## Definition
A Time Bank Is A Reserve Of Extra Seconds An Online Player Can Draw On After The Normal Action Clock Runs Out, For A Difficult Decision. Once Used, The Extra Time Is Gone Until It Refills, Often After A Set Number Of Hands. Time Banks Keep Games Moving While Still Allowing Time To Think In Big Spots.
